Abstract: A triple-band filter composed of multiple split ring resonators is presented. This filter is based on a chain of triple split ring resonators that produces three pass-bands. The change in the dimensions of the corresponding meander lines of the tri-band SRRs can make us obtain an asymmetric response. This response is useful for some microwave applications. This paper presents a study of asymmetric multiband filters based on multiple split ring resonators. © 2011 IEEE.
